Today's corporate gifts are slick and have a tendency to look cool, but maybe not be as useful as they could be. Try a different tack with your corporate gifting and give something that is actually useful.
* Choose a local fitness center, and give your executive a membership! You may even be able to barter a freebie if you advertise them throughout your office.
* Another great idea is to convert a small space in your office into a massage room (great for nursing mom's as well) and have a masseuse come in once a week. Give away time with the masseuse in ten minute increments as bonuses to your executive and non-executive staff. This will reduce the stress level and it is a great perk!
